soo i know i haven’t posted in a while, but i recently watched “Drive” and will try to post a review for it later on, btw i fucking LOVED it!

So i guess ill post my first movie review on here today, today i will be reviewing hobo with a shotgun Directed by Jason Eisener and starring  Rutger Hauer.

what I’m about to say might sound crazy………this might be the best movie ive ever seen, Jesus was this movie fucking awesome! been waiting 4 years for the fake trailer to be made into a feature film…..was it worth the 4 year wait? fuck yes! if you love the grind house/explotation genre movies then you’ll love this. the movie delivers on gore, great one liners, great cinematography, awesome characters and much more. the plot is simple a hobo (played by the Amazing Rutger Hauer) arrives to this town to start a lawn mowing business, the town is pretty much runned by a crazy lunatic The Drake (played by Brian Downey) and his two son’s Ivan and Slick( played by Nick Bateman and Gregory smith) after trying to make a citizens arrest and failing at it hobo gets carved up then meets Abby ( played by the beautiful Molly Dunsworth) abby takes hobo back to her place cleans him up and they create a friendship, her being the only person in this fucked up town the hobo can trust. while trying to buy a lawn mower at a store, 3 crazy masked man try to rob the place but there being a 50 dollar shotgun, hobo decides to take the shotgun and kill the 3 crazy cunts and after that scene  the movie is pretty much hobo trying to protect abby and clean up the streets.

So me being a big fan of the explotation/grindhouse movies i loved the fuck outta this, the movie is fast paced i mean holy shit not even five minutes go by and some guy gets his head ripped off and a smoking hot babe dancing in his blood!,  every 5 minutes there’s some one getting brutally killed …so yea the movie delivers on gore! i thought every actor in the movie did a awesome job, even though i was a little upset when i heard David Brunt would not be playing the hobo , i still think Rutger did a fantastic job as hobo, Brian Downey does a amazing job at playing a crazy heartless bastard and nick bateman and greg smith did a great job at playing the two crazy exaggerated brothers Ivan and slick oh and Molly dunsworth did a great job as well! Jason Eisener does an amazing job at directing and writing, his funny one liners and great dialogue really makes this movie amazing.  I love the lighting in the movie, almost every scene there’s a color in the background purple, blue, red etc. it gives the movie a 80’s feel. probably my favorite thing about this movie is……THE PLAGUE! these guys are fucking badass, there pretty much demons under a kick ass costume. in the plague is Rip who is also played by nick bateman, Rip Carry’s a fucked up looking machete and knows martial arts, the other member of the plague is Grinder, Grinder Carry’s a harpoon gun putting a rope over his enemy’s heads and shooting them up all the way to the ceiling! hopefully Mr. Eisener makes a plague movie!!……there wasn’t a dull moment in this movie and since i love these movies this is on my top 5 favorite movies of all time and best movie of 2011!

i give the movie a 10 out of 10, if your a fan of these movies than go out and buy a dvd/blu-ray copy of the movie you wont be dissapointed! totally looking forward to more of jason’s movies in the future! so ill end this review with a little advice: “when life gives you razorblades……you make a baseball bat….covered in razorblades.”
